14. Media, Digital Assets, and Music Rights Management

All media, digital assets, and creative content associated with Magnaspire Ventures—including but not limited to videos, audio compositions, music tracks, background scores, visual creatives, animations, branding elements, and multimedia productions published on platforms such as YouTube, social media channels, websites, and third-party distribution platforms—are professionally managed, controlled, and administered by JASPER VIBES, an entity acquired and operated under Magnaspire Ventures.

JASPER VIBES functions as the official media rights and digital asset management division of Magnaspire Ventures, holding full authority over the creation, production, distribution, licensing, and monetization of all such content.

a. Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Master recording rights
  • Publishing rights
  • Synchronization rights
  • Mechanical rights
  • Performance rights
  • Digital streaming rights
  • Content ID and platform monetization rights

are exclusively owned, controlled, and enforced by JASPER VIBES under the ownership structure of Magnaspire Ventures, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.

b. Monetization and Royalties

All revenues generated from digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Streaming royalties (audio and video platforms)
  • Advertisement revenue (including YouTube monetization)
  • Content ID claims and earnings
  • Licensing fees and syndication revenue
  • Distribution income across digital platforms

shall be solely attributed to and collected by JASPER VIBES on behalf of Magnaspire Ventures.

Unauthorized use of any such content may result in automated claims, revenue redirection, content takedown, or legal enforcement actions.

c. Licensing and Usage Restrictions

No media, music, or digital asset owned or managed by JASPER VIBES may be:

  • Reproduced
  • Redistributed
  • Publicly performed
  • Synchronized with other media
  • Used for commercial or non-commercial purposes

without prior written authorization from Magnaspire Ventures or its authorized representatives.

Any permitted use must comply strictly with the agreed licensing terms, and failure to do so may result in immediate revocation of rights and legal action.

d. Third-Party Platforms and Enforcement

Magnaspire Ventures and JASPER VIBES actively utilize third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube Content ID systems, digital distribution services, and rights management technologies, to monitor, identify, and enforce ownership of their digital assets globally.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content may be automatically detected and claimed across platforms
  • Monetization may be redirected to the rightful owner
  • Unauthorized uploads may be blocked or removed without notice

e. Attribution and Credit

Where applicable, proper attribution to Magnaspire Ventures and/or JASPER VIBES must be provided in accordance with licensing agreements. Absence of attribution does not waive ownership rights.

f. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to users are strictly reserved. No implied licenses or rights are granted under these Terms.
